the hotel has a good location. it is close to amenities. the range of food at the breakfast was also extensive. i found several options to choose from.
the hotel room did not have a bath. i had ticked the box for a bath. i was given a room without one UPON arrival. this was not ideal.

decent stay , but some issues
street noisecarpet stains
the room was quite noisy because of street traffic , even on a higher floor. i could hear people shouting late into the night , which disrupted my sleep. also , i noticed stains on the carpet , suggesting the room needs some maintenance. it wasn't a terrible experience , but the noise and cleanliness issues definitely impacted my stay.

the hotel location is very close to shops. i got a free upgrade to a penta plus room. the room was clean with a big bed. they gave complimentary water, slippers in the room.
the air condition was not working. i rang the helpdesk downstairs but no one came to fixed it. they moved us to another room and it had no air condition too.

the gym has adequate equipment, though i only glanced inside. games are included, this makes the stay more enjoyable. there are many takeaways nearby, it is a great convenience.
