great stay in convenient location
spacious room clean room late check-out reasonable price
the lobby features a vibrant and hip design. i appreciated the sunday late check-out at 3pm, a fantastic perk. my room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom included nice facilities. i found the price reasonable for an overnight stay.
The room felt a bit sparse and functional. I wished for slightly more decor.

the rooms offer separate quilts for each side of the bed, a thoughtful touch! the shower room was notably clean and well kept, important for a comfortable stay. the room was silent!

the hotel is very close to the train station, a short walk. i found many shops and businesses nearby, a definite convenience. it is really at the heart of the city!!!

reasonable stay overall
food range good location missing bath room issue
the hotel has a good location. it is close to amenities. the range of food at the breakfast was also extensive. i found several options to choose from.
the hotel room did not have a bath. i had ticked the box for a bath. i was given a room without one UPON arrival. this was not ideal.

decent stay , but some issues
street noise carpet stains
the room was quite noisy because of street traffic , even on a higher floor. i could hear people shouting late into the night , which disrupted my sleep. also , i noticed stains on the carpet , suggesting the room needs some maintenance. it wasn't a terrible experience , but the noise and cleanliness issues definitely impacted my stay.

adequate facilities
free games excellent breakfast noisy room doors service charge
i found the games were free to play. the breakfast was also excellent.
the room doors were very noisy. there was no soft close. the bottle of house wine cost £34 with a 12% service charge, even though i bought it at the bar.

good hotel near the station
great location free upgrade big bed free water
the hotel location is very close to shops. i got a free upgrade to a penta plus room. the room was clean with a big bed. they gave complimentary water, slippers in the room.
the air condition was not working. i rang the helpdesk downstairs but no one came to fixed it. they moved us to another room and it had no air condition too.

the gym has adequate equipment, though i only glanced inside. games are included, this makes the stay more enjoyable. there are many takeaways nearby, it is a great convenience.

the restaurant area has a comfortable design. a 24-hour bar exists. the breakfast buffet is varied. there are lots of eating options close to the hotel.
